Scroll compressor composite vibration isolation system and optimization design
For the wide-frequency vibration isolation requirements of 25P large-capacity scroll compressors, this study proposes an improved composite vibration isolation scheme. By analyzing the load transfer mechanism and vibration characteristics of the original isolation system, a dynamic model is established, and multi-stage dynamic tests (vibration, modal, ODS, etc.) are conducted to clarify the vibration source distribution and transfer law, thus constructing the isolation system response theory. An innovative intermediate raft structure is introduced to create a composite system composed of pre-installed and post-installed isolators. The performance is enhanced through finite element optimization and sensitivity analysis. Combined with the MIGA algorithm and surrogate model optimization, experimental verification shows that the improved scheme significantly enhances stability and vibration isolation performance, effectively expanding the vibration control frequency range compared to the traditional system.
