Clinical Characteristics, Diagnosis, and Outcomes of Moxifloxacin-Associated Bilateral Acute Iris Transillumination
The patient developed ocular symptoms such as photophobia, ocular pain and decreased vision during the use of moxifloxacin, which requires further examination. If iris transillumination, ocular hypertension and acute pigment dispersion of the iris pigment epithelium are found during ophthalmic examination, the possibility of BAIT should be considered.
