Oblique illumination holographic OCT for improving resolution, reducing speckles, and objectively correcting aberrations

We demonstrate oblique illumination in a holographic full-field Fourier-domain optical coherence tomography (FF-FD-OCT) system. This approach allows us to determine and correct aberrations objectively, reduce speckle noise, and increase the lateral resolution.
