Corrigendum to: “Borwein–Preiss variational principle revisited” [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 435 (2016) 1183–1193]
There is a mistake in conclusion (iv) of Theorem 3 in Kruger et al. (2016) [3] . We identify the situation in which the mistake occurs, and provide a counterexample and an updated version of the theorem.
