Clinical and Molecular Effect of the Anti– <scp>IL</scp> ‐18 Antibody Aletekitug in Adults With Atopic Dermatitis

A single 2 mg/kg IV dose of aletekitug was associated with improved outcomes at Week 12, which were sustained to Week 24, and modulated immune mechanisms beyond T2 inflammation. These results support IL-18 as a potential therapeutic target in moderate-to-severe AD.

Abstract

A single 2 mg/kg IV dose of aletekitug was associated with improved outcomes at Week 12, which were sustained to Week 24, and modulated immune mechanisms beyond T2 inflammation. These results support IL-18 as a potential therapeutic target in moderate-to-severe AD.
