Performance evaluation of equipment emergency ordering project based on game theory and cloud object analysis

The performance evaluation of equipment emergency procurement projects is essential for assessing combat effectiveness in both operational and non-operational military contexts. This study presents a performance evaluation model for such projects, integrating game theory and cloud ontology, and validates the model through a representative case study. The results demonstrate that the proposed model is objective, effective, and scientifically rigorous, thereby offering substantial practical applicability.

Abstract

The performance evaluation of equipment emergency procurement projects is essential for assessing combat effectiveness in both operational and non-operational military contexts. This study presents a performance evaluation model for such projects, integrating game theory and cloud ontology, and validates the model through a representative case study. The results demonstrate that the proposed model is objective, effective, and scientifically rigorous, thereby offering substantial practical applicability.
