Ship electronic information systems mission reliability allocation method based on dynamic inertia weight-RIME optimization algorithm
The increasing complexity of ship electronic information systems, combined with more demanding mission requirements, necessitates the simultaneous pursuit of cost efficiency and system reliability, thereby presenting a significant engineering challenge. Conventional reliability allocation approaches reveal various limitations. Methods such as equal allocation and AGREE allocation fail to account for unit-level heterogeneity. Approaches based on the analytic hierarchy process and scoring allocation are overly dependent on subjective expert judgment. Meanwhile, dynamic programming and neural network-based techniques often exhibit limited solution accuracy and a tendency to converge to local optima. To overcome these constraints, a mission reliability allocation method for ship electronic information systems is proposed, utilizing the Dynamic Inertia Weight-RIME (DIW-RIME) algorithm. This method integrates a dynamic inertia weight mechanism into the RIME optimization process to enhance computational performance. A case study is conducted to validate the proposed approach, and the results are compared with those obtained using the standard RIME optimization algorithm and a reliability block diagram model combined with dynamic programming.
