Experimental design and simulation evaluation of displacement of cushion pretension structure under high and low temperature overload conditions
To displacement behavior of cushion preload structures under varying thermal, mechanical, and preload conditions is examined through simulation-based analysis of key influencing factors. The issue of stress singularity in the cylindrical shell model is resolved, enabling accurate evaluation of displacement-related mechanical performance parameters under high and low temperature as well as overload conditions using an indirect thermal-mechanical coupling approach. To assess the impact of the preloaded silicon foam cushion on structural displacement, three experimental schemes are formulated, incorporating both material characterization and complex working condition coupling tests. These investigations offer a theoretical foundation f or the optimized design of cushion preload structures.
