Efficient reliability simulation analysis and devise improvement of electromechanical equipment

To meet the requirements of reliability simulation analysis for complex electromechanical systems, a simulation methodology is proposed that integrates the Kriging method of response surface with an adaptive importance sampling method on the basis of Monte Carlo emulation. A reliability simulation process is established for analyzing critical fault modes in electromechanical equipment. The complex CAE simulation model of the system is replaced by an alternative model based on Kriging method to reduce the computational requirements. By incorporating an optimized importance sampling strategy derived from Monte Carlo principles, the approach significantly improves the efficiency of reliability simulations while maintaining computational accuracy. This method effectively addresses the challenge of excessive computational burden commonly associated with reliability analyses of intricate electromechanical systems. As a case study, an electromechanical valve is employed to certify the application of the devised method. The results confirm both the high computational efficiency of the simulation technique and the enhancement in reliability achieved through Devise Improvement of the electromechanical valve.
