Research on technology for improving the quality of water injected into oilfield development injection wells
The quality of water used in injection wells is a critical factor influencing injection efficiency, mitigating formation clogging, and extending the operational lifespan of oil wells. This study addresses the problem of suboptimal downhole water quality in oilfield injection wells and explores technological solutions for its improvement. An intelligent downhole process tubing system is developed to enable in-situ filtration, separation, and reinjection of injection water. This system allows for real-time dynamic adjustment to accommodate varying water injection conditions across different oilfields, thereby achieving effective treatmen t and reinjection of water within the wells. The proposed approach offers technical support for enhancing oil recovery and promotes the efficient and stable development of oilfields, contributing significantly to the advancement of petroleum extraction practices.
