Research on reliability modeling and evaluation methods of launch site ground equipment
To address the distinct characteristics of launch site ground equipment, including complex system architecture, harsh operational environments, variable working conditions, and limited availability of reliability data, this study focuses on advanced relia bility modeling and evaluation methodologies. The primary objective is to resolve challenges related to multi-level reliability assessment and to enable comprehensive, accurate evaluations influenced by multiple interrelated factors. Initially, a scientifically robust and logically structured reliability model is developed. This is followed by the integration of multi-source data and the application of the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), which systematically incorporates the various determinants affecting the reliability of ground support equipment. This approach facilitates a precise and comprehensive reliability assessment. The results offer effective support for the reliability management of launch site equipment and contribute directly to the successful execution of space launch operations. The research outcomes not only strengthen reliability management practices for ground support systems but also hold significant academic relevance and practical importance.
