Gas decompression behavior of coal gas transmission pipelines
In recent years, the shortage of natural gas has become increasingly pronounced, and coal is anticipated to retain its pivotal role in the global energy supply mix over the coming decades. With the rapid expansion of the coal chemical industry and the rising pressure on natural gas consumption, coal gas has emerged as a key focus in research on transmission pipeline materials. This paper examines the differences between coal gas and natural gas and analyzes their respective characteristics in pipeline depressurization. This research establishes a theoretical basis for advancing coal gas technology development and holds significant implications for addressing energy supply challenges.
