Analysis of quantitative requirements for spacecraft margin design
Margin design represents a critical component of the reliability engineering process for spacecraft systems and serves as a key parameter requiring verification throughout product development and manufacturing stages. Notably, substantial variation exists in the specific margin requirements across different spacecraft platforms. This study investigates the quantitative requirements of margin design by examining regulatory provisions related to various parameters as outlined in both domestic and international standards and specifications. The analysis provides a foundational reference for the quantitative implementation of margin design in spacecraft products, thereby supporting the development of designs that are reasonable, safe, and reliable.
