Research on the efficiency evaluation of equipment supply chain management based on internet of things
The implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has substantially enhanced information integration within supply chain management. Among the various methods employed to assess supply chain efficiency, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is considered a practical and effective approach. Focusing on equipment supply chain management, evaluation index systems were developed across three critical dimensions: equipment supply performance, equipment management level, and information support capability. In accordance with the fundamental principles and procedural steps of the evaluation model, the computational process for deriving the equipment supply performance evaluation was elaborated in detail. Corresponding evaluation outcomes were similarly obtained for equipment management level and information support capability. The results indicate that, under IoT-enabled conditions, information support capability constitutes the highest-weighted first-level index influencing the efficiency of equipment supply chain management, followed by equipment supply performance.
