Sustainable biodiesel production: catalyst-free palm fatty acid distillate conversion to methyl esters by using a superheated methanol vapor process
Palm fatty acid distillate is a low-cost, sustainable feedstock for biodiesel. A catalyst-free process using a packed bubble column reactor with superheated methanol vapour at atmospheric pressure achieved high conversion.
