PLAGL2 promotes HCC progression by recruiting tumour‐associated macrophages via CCL2/CCR2 signalling

PLAGL2 participates in the chemotaxis of TAMs and the regulation of M2 polarisation through the CCL2-CCR2 axis, thereby promoting an immunosuppressive microenvironment in HCC. Additionally, this study demonstrated that PLAGL2 serves as a novel transcription factor for CCL2, suggesting that PLAGL2 is a potential drug target for the treatment of HCC.
