Pembrolizumab and SBRT for vaginal cuff recurrence of endometrial carcinoma with regression beyond the radiation field
•A rare case of recurrent endometrial cancer at the vaginal cuff and abdominal wall after vaginal brachytherapy is presented.•An 8-year remission is achieved after SBRT and 2 years of pembrolizmab in MSI-high recurrent endometrial cancer.•Synergy between radiation and immunotherapy results in complete response in all sites.•SBRT may be effective when brachytherapy is not feasible in vaginal cuff recurrence of endometrial cancer.
