Monitoring fluid responsiveness using hybrid diffuse optics during passive leg raising maneuver
Fluid therapy is essential in hemodynamic resuscitation, but not all patients benefit. Passive leg raising predicts fluid responsiveness, necessitating reliable cardiac output (CO) monitoring. Here, we present a complementary approach using hybrid diffuse optics as a surrogate for CO monitoring.
