NST use showed moderate uptake with notable practice variations, emphasizing the need for multidisciplinary strategies to improve guideline adherence. Over half achieved pCR post-NST, setting a benchmark for TNBC care. Ongoing real-world monitoring is vital to guide long-term outcomes.
