An AI-engineered peptidyl fluorescence probe for GRP78: advancing renal cell carcinoma diagnosis
By the integration of AI and molecular engineering, we developed an activatable peptidyl fluorescent probe targeting GRP78 with high sensitivity and specificity. The probe enabled high-contrast imaging of renal cell carcinoma in patient-derived tissue samples. AI-driven molecular engineering provides a scalable platform for developing precision diagnostics.
