Digital Transformation of Military Education in NATO Using E-Learning

Abstract The digital transformation of military education is a priority process within NATO, accelerated by technological advances and the need to maintain a high level of operational readiness in emerging situations. The article analyses E-learning solutions in the Alliance’s military educational structures, with a focus on the ADDIE and LWA models. The research uses a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) methodology, combining documentary analysis of NATO policies and standards, case studies, and comparative analysis of the models implemented. The results highlight that the implementation of E-learning contributes to increasing the accessibility, flexibility, and efficiency of military training, reducing costs and allowing for the personalization of the educational process. However, challenges include cybersecurity, interoperability, and resistance to change.
