A Study on the Relationship Between Employees' Psychological Capital and Job Performance
Based on survey data collected from 432 enterprise employees, this study employs multiple linear regression analysis to empirically examine the relationships among psychological capital, organizational identification, property rights nature, and job performance. The aim is to explore the underlying mechanism through which employees' psychological capital influences their job performance. The results indicate that psychological capital exerts a significant positive effect on job performance; organizational identification partially mediates the relationship between psychological capital and job performance; and compared with state-owned enterprises, employees' psychological capital is more effectively activated and expressed within the organizational context of non-state-owned enterprises.
