ĐÁNH GIÁ TÁC DỤNG CỦA VIÊN HOÀN LỤC VỊ ĐỊA HOÀNG KẾT HỢP ĐIỆN CHÂM, THỦY CHÂM VÀ XOA BÓP BẤM HUYỆT ĐIỀU TRỊ BỆNH NHÂN NHỒI MÁU NÃO THỂ CAN THẬN ÂM HƯ

TÓM TẮT Mục tiêu: Đánh giá tác dụng của viên hoàn Lục vị địa hoàng kết hợp điện châm, thủy châm vitamin nhóm B và xoa bóp bấm huyệt điều trị bệnh nhân nhồi máu não sau giai đoạn cấp thể can thận âm hư. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp lâm sàng, có đối chứng so sánh trước - sau điều trị trên 70 bệnh nhân nhồi máu não sau giai đoạn cấp thể can thận âm hư được chia ngẫu nhiên 2 nhóm. Nhóm nghiên cứu (NC) 35 bệnh nhân uống viên hoàn Lục vị địa hoàng kết hợp điện châm, thủy châm và xoa bóp bấm huyệt (XBBH). Nhóm đối chứng (ĐC) 35 bệnh nhân chỉ dùng điện châm thủy châm và XBBH. Các chỉ tiêu đánh giá gồm: Triệu chứng mạch, lưỡi theo Y học cổ truyền (YHCT); cơ lực nhóm cơ dang vai; cơ gấp khuỷu; cơ duỗi gối. Kết quả: Sau 30 ngày điều trị các triệu chứng mạch, lưỡi nhóm NC cải thiện tốt hơn nhóm ĐC. Cơ lực trung bình cơ duỗi gối nhóm NC tăng từ 1,59 ± 0,33 lên 4,12 ± 0,63; nhóm ĐC tăng từ 1,56 ± 0,49 lên 3,51 ± 0,54 (p < 0,05). Kết luận: Phối hợp viên hoàn Lục vị địa hoàng với điện châm, thủy châm và xoa bóp bấm huyệt giúp cải thiện triệu chứng theo YHCT và phục hồi vận động ở bệnh nhân nhồi máu não thể can thận âm hư. SUMMARY Objective: To evaluate the effect of the Six Emperors Tablets (LỤC VỊ) combined with electroacupuncture, hydro- acupuncture of B vitamins and massage- acupressure in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction after the acute stage of kidney failure. Research methods: A pre- and post-treatment comparative clinical intervention study on 70 patients with cerebral infarction after the acute stage of negative kidney injury was randomly divided into 2 groups. The research group consisted of 35 patients who were given Six Emperors tablets (LỤC VỊ) combined with electroacupuncture, farmacoacupuncture and massage-acupressure. The control group consisted of 35 patients who received electroacupuncture, farmacoacupuncture and massage- acupressure.The research indicators include: Symptoms of pulse, tongue according to Oriental medicine; muscle strength of shoulder muscle groups; muscle strength of the elbow flexor group; muscle strength of the knee extension muscle group. Results: After 30 days of treatment, the symptoms of pulse, tongue in the research group improved better than the control group. Change in average muscle strength of the knee extension muscle of research group increased from 1.59 ± 0.33 to 4.12 ± 0.63; the control group increased from 1.56 ± 0.49 to 3.51 ± 0.54 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Combined with taking Six Emperors Tablets (LỤC VỊ) tablets has the effect of improving the symptoms of pulse, tongue according to Oriental medicine and partially improving muscle strength of the knee extension muscle in patients with cerebral infarction after the acute stage of renal failure.
