ARREST trial as-treated analysis

Patterson et al. present a provocative additional analysis of the ARREST trial 1 which should persuade the reader that transferring resuscitated patients without ST-segment elevation (STE) to a cardiac arrest centre (CAC) directly from the pre-hospital setting, when these resources are available, may be the best option to improve survival. The updated analysis supports the need to test this hypothesis again.
