Subtotal cholecystectomy for difficult gall bladder due to chronic cholecystitis: a retrospective cohort study
STC is a safe bailout procedure in a difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy, especially in those with a history of cholecystitis, choledocholithiasis, and biliary pancreatitis.
