Safe cystoperitoneal shunting of thoracic meningocele in a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1
Utilizing preoperative CT/MR and intraoperative ultrasound guidance, a 55-year-old female underwent safe/effective CP shunting of a T4 80 mm thoracic meningocele attributed to underlying NF1.
