A Comprehensive Radiological Parameter-Based Online Nomogram for Predicting Slower Functional Improvement After Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic Lumbar Decompression
This nomogram, which integrates preoperative Oswestry Disability Index score, psoas major muscle attenuation, facet preservation rate, sex, spontaneous numbness/pain, and lateral olisthesis ≥3 mm, shows good predictive performance and may serve as a practical tool to identify patients at high risk of SFI after UBELD and to support individualized perioperative decision-making.
