Cytocompatibility of hydroxyapatite coating for titanium implants, applied by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering at low pressures in an inert gas atmosphere
The hydroxyapatite coating applied using HF magnetron sputtering significantly improves cell adhesion to titanium materials. Thus, the obtained results provide a basis for the development of new implants with functionalized surfaces.
