Evaluation of the degree of influence of intrapulpal pressure on the hydrodynamic parameters of the movement of dentinal fluid of the tooth

Changes in intrapulpal pressure do not play a decisive role in changing the parameters of dentinal fluid hydrodynamics, but it can be argued that its reduction allows to somewhat slow down its exit to the surface of the treated dentin and thus, positively influence the processes associated with the quality of restoration of hard dental tissues with composite materials.

Abstract

Changes in intrapulpal pressure do not play a decisive role in changing the parameters of dentinal fluid hydrodynamics, but it can be argued that its reduction allows to somewhat slow down its exit to the surface of the treated dentin and thus, positively influence the processes associated with the quality of restoration of hard dental tissues with composite materials.
