Methods: This review explores the epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, and therapeutic approaches for ulcers in immunocompromised individuals. Conclusion: Aphthous ulcers in immunocompromised individuals require a multidisciplinary approach for effective diagnosis and management. While topical and systemic therapies provide symptom relief, addressing the underlying immune dysfunction is crucial. Keywords: Aphthous Ulcers, recurrent oral lesions, immunocompromised.
