Investigating the shared genetic architecture between post-traumatic stress disorder and neurodegenerative diseases: a large-scale genomewide cross-trait analysis
These findings illuminate the shared genetic architecture between PTSD and neurodegenerative phenotypes, advancing our understanding of their neurobiological interconnections. And enhance statistical power for detecting shared loci, thereby refining the characterization of common genetic mechanisms underlying PTSD and neurodegenerative pathologies.
