Primary Cutaneous Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma with Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase Protein Expression: A Case Report from Borneo Malaysia
Abstract We present the case of primary cutaneous anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (pcALCL) with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK+) showing a better prognosis than systemic ALK + anaplastic large-cell lymphoma but worse than ALK-pcALCL. Careful examination of ALK protein expression is crucial in determining the treatment and prognosis for all pcALCL cases.
