Colonic Mucosal Pseudolipomatosis with Hemorrhage: A Case Report of Peracetic Acid-Induced Pathogenesis

With the increasing incidence of CMP in recent years, endoscopists have gained deeper insights into this lesion. The vigilance is warranted for its potential association with hemorrhage. In addition, in order to avoid such iatrogenic injury, endoscope disinfection monitoring should be paid more attention.
