The impact of nighttime lighting satisfaction on the enjoyment of nocturnal physical activity and mental health
The findings of this study highlight the potential roles of nighttime lighting satisfaction in enhancing the enjoyment of nocturnal physical activities and mental health. These results illustrate the benefits of artificial nighttime lighting and emphasize the value of nighttime physical activity among Chinese populations. Future research should incorporate subjective measures of nighttime lighting and include additional mediators to better understand the pathways linking nighttime lighting to mental health.
