Transforming nanoproteomics into multidimensional Raman spectromics for ovarian cancer diagnosis

In briefWe introduce an SiO 2 @Au nanoparticleprotein corona (NPC) array sensor that converts nanoproteomics data into multidimensional Raman spectral fingerprints for ovarian cancer diagnosis.By integrating DNA-Cy3 and Raman dyes, the sensor generates a robust SERS fingerprint with 26 resolvable peaks, circumventing spectral overlap from serum proteins. This method leverages cancer-specific proteomic signatures in NPC, without mass spectrometry, offering an explainable, rapid, and costeffective alternative to traditional proteomic workflows for ovarian cancer detection.
