IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT OF CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS THROUGH MANAGERIAL COOPERATION AND INITIATIVE INTERVENTION TECHNOLOGIES
The article discusses modern approaches to managing the life cycle of capital construction facilities using managerial cooperation of participants and technologies of proactive intervention. A mathematical model of the quanta of the information model is proposed, taking into account the dynamics of wear of technical systems, their specific gravity and time factors, which makes it possible to predict the optimal moments for repair and modernization. The main focus is on the introduction of digital diagnostic tools and decision automation, which improves forecasting accuracy and reduces operating costs. It is shown that cooperation management provides an integrated approach to the interaction of process participants, minimizing costs and increasing the service life of equipment. The implementation of the proposed approaches helps to increase the reliability of technical means, reduce accidents and create environmentally sustainable solutions, which makes the proposed concept a promising area for further research and practical application.
