Evidence-based prescription: optimal exercise type and dose for pain management in breast cancer survivors—a systematic review and dose–response network meta-analysis
Combined aerobic and resistance training are recommended as the primary option for pain relief in breast cancer survivors, based on effect sizes, sample sizes, 95% CrI precision. However, due to the very low and low quality of evidence for several exercise modalities, high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to validate the efficacy of the recommended dose ranges.
