Specifically, the Fornell-Larcker criterion is misreported, the HTMT analysis is unsupported, and there is a lack of transparency with regard to the indicator removal. As part of an investigation into these concerns, the authors were requested to provide a copy of the data so that the editorial team could verify the findings. The authors were unable to provide the data set. As a result of these concerns, the findings of the article cannot be relied upon.
