Pinpointing physical solutions in Y ( 4230 ) decays
To resolve ambiguities from multiple solutions in experimental measurements, we construct a <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <a:msup> <a:mi>χ</a:mi> <a:mn>2</a:mn> </a:msup> </a:math> function incorporating constraints such as isospin conservation and amplitude relations. By minimizing the global <c:math xmlns:c="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <c:msup> <c:mi>χ</c:mi> <c:mn>2</c:mn> </c:msup> </c:math> , we identify physical solutions for seven hidden-charm decay channels of <e:math xmlns:e="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <e:mi>Y</e:mi> <e:mo stretchy="false">(</e:mo> <e:mn>4230</e:mn> <e:mo stretchy="false">)</e:mo> </e:math> . Crucially, the physical solution for <i:math xmlns:i="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <i:mi>Y</i:mi> <i:mo stretchy="false">(</i:mo> <i:mn>4230</i:mn> <i:mo stretchy="false">)</i:mo> <i:mo stretchy="false">→</i:mo> <i:msup> <i:mi>π</i:mi> <i:mo>+</i:mo> </i:msup> <i:msup> <i:mi>π</i:mi> <i:mo>−</i:mo> </i:msup> <i:mi>J</i:mi> <i:mo>/</i:mo> <i:mi>ψ</i:mi> </i:math> corresponds to the largest among four experimental solutions, potentially modifying inputs for theoretical calculations. Additionally, we predict <n:math xmlns:n="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <n:msub> <n:mi mathvariant="normal">Γ</n:mi> <n:mrow> <n:mi>e</n:mi> <n:mi>e</n:mi> </n:mrow> </n:msub> <n:mi mathvariant="script">B</n:mi> <n:mo stretchy="false">(</n:mo> <n:mi>Y</n:mi> <n:mo stretchy="false">(</n:mo> <n:mn>4230</n:mn> <n:mo stretchy="false">)</n:mo> <n:mo stretchy="false">→</n:mo> <n:msup> <n:mi>π</n:mi> <n:mo>+</n:mo> </n:msup> <n:msup> <n:mi>π</n:mi> <n:mo>−</n:mo> </n:msup> <n:msup> <n:mi>ψ</n:mi> <n:mo>′</n:mo> </n:msup> <n:mo stretchy="false">)</n:mo> </n:math> based on our results, acknowledging substantial uncertainties in current measurements.
