Fast Optical Switch Enabled Filterless SDM Networks with Adaptive Topology

We propose a RODAM-free filterless SDM metro network. By incorporating nanosecond optical switches and a novel ILP-based topology optimisation method, this network can rapidly adapt to dynamic traffic with low packet loss and achieve acceptable blocking performance.
