Genomes of enteric pathogen isolates from polymicrobial infections in cases of pediatric diarrhea

The majority of human enteric infections are not caused by a single pathogen. We describe the genomes of Escherichia coli, Shigella spp., and Aeromonas spp. isolates from polymicrobial infections in four subjects enrolled in the Global Enteric Multicenter Study.
