Optimization of subway current collector model based on modal test
In urban rail transit, the shoe rail system is used more and more in the current subway line. In order to adapt to the development, the research on its dynamic characteristics is also more and more, in which the establishment and optimization of the collector model is the primary work to be completed. Firstly, the corresponding modal tests of the single arm lower contact current collector are completed, and the fourth-order modes in the range of 100Hz are measured. Then, by calculating the sensitivity of frequency to material parameters, it is determined that the elastic modulus and density of the two materials have a significant impact on them. Finally, the current collector model is modified and optimized based on multi-objective genetic algorithm, which significantly reduces the relative error with the test results. At the same time, coupled with the corresponding third rail model, the availability and accuracy of the shoe rail system model are verified by dynamic simulation and measured data.
