Investigating the effect of an educational intervention based on the theory of planned behavior on the choice of delivery method among primiparous women
The results of the present study demonstrated that the educational intervention based on the TPB was effective in establishing behavioral intention for selecting natural delivery type among primiparous women. This research revealed that TPB-based education, through identifying misconceptions and addressing incorrect social norms, successfully promoted behavioral intention in primiparous women, enabling them to choose the optimal delivery method according to their circumstances.
