Effects of a nurse-led mindfulness-based intervention on stress and emotional well-being in hospitalized school-aged children: a mixed-methods quasi-experimental study
This study provides evidence supporting the inclusion of mindfulness-based interventions in pediatric nursing care. Due to their continuous interactions with patients, nurses are well-positioned to lead such interventions, which can enhance the emotional and physical recovery of hospitalized children.
