Comment on ‘Emerging threats in dermatophytosis: antimicrobial resistance in <i>Trichophyton</i> , with emphasis on <i>T. indotineae</i> ’: insights from a case series of <i>T. indotineae</i> seen in a regional health board in Scotland
We read with great interest the article by Tey and Pan highlighting the global emergence of antimicrobial resistance in Trichophyton indotineae. We hope that our insights from a regional Scottish health board might put this topical issue into context.
