Photonic Metrology with Hierarchic Quantum Frequentist Bounds
Photonic Metrology A hybrid classical-quantum framework tightens the quantum Cramér-Rao bound for finite data by incorporating generalized unbiasedness constraints. This hierarchy of frequentist bounds converges to the QCRB with more measurements and is validated on a photonic platform for single-qubit phase estimation.
