Practical Post-Functionalizable Iodosulfonylation of Allenes for Integrating Multifunctional Molecules
Herein, we report a post-functionalizable iodosulfonylation of allenes that enables modular synthesis of multifunctional molecules. This transformation proceeds under mild, additive-free, and transition-metal-free conditions in aqueous media, consistent with the concepts of green and sustainable chemistry. Furthermore, a probe integrating an azide handle, a biotin tag, and a BODIPY fluorophore has been synthesized and applied in cellular imaging and target labeling, highlighting the potential of this strategy in interdisciplinary research.
