Numerical engineering of Double-Absorber Na2AuGaBr6 perovskite solar cells with MPPT-Enhanced efficiency for renewable energy and motor drive systems

This study presents a numerical investigation of a lead-free Na 2 AuGaBr 6 /CuSbS 2 double-absorber perovskite solar cell using SCAPS-1D. The device architecture was optimized by systematically analyzing the effects of absorber thickness and defect density on the photovoltaic parameters. The optimized configuration achieved a maximum power conversion efficiency of 28.33%, highlighting its significant potential for high-performance and environmentally friendly solar energy applications. Furthermore, integration with a Beta MPPT controller ensured efficient power extraction and stable operation under variable environmental conditions, confirming the practical viability of the proposed system for renewable energy deployment.
