Human Resources Management Solutions and Systems Analysis Methods
Management decisions on personnel selection and assessment, training planning, development of incentive systems, and other HR tasks are poorly structured, increasing the relevance of systems analysis methods in this area. The article's novelty lies in its use of the analytic hierarchy process to obtain significance coefficients for a decision matrix system. The problem of distributing funds for training enterprise personnel in the context of ESG tasks is taken as an example. This article contains material of interest to HR professionals wishing to apply systems analysis tools to create a scientific basis for decisionmaking.
