The Reasons for Delays in Ileostomy Closure in Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer Surgery
Reasons for delay included factors such as degree of complication, hospital readmission, and anastomosis level. Addressing these causes would benefit patients in terms of improving their quality of life after closure.
